Sounds to Sounds - A journey from Marlborough Sounds to Milford Sounds by J. Kennett & B. Wall

One of the New Zealand’s greatest bikepacking journeys, Sounds to Sounds, follows the path less travelled on a 1,500 kilometre route stretching the length of Te Waipounamu. From Queen Charlotte Sound to Milford Sound, this inspirational cycle route explores diverse landscapes and welcoming rural communities via several Great Rides, connected by some of the most enjoyable and scenic cycle routes New Zealand has to offer, including the Lake Dunstan Trail, Otago Central Rail Trail and Alps 2 Ocean Cycle Trail.

This book describes the journey from the perspective of those who rode it in March 2022 as part of the Sounds to Sounds brevet event.
