    We cannot arrange pickups from residential addresses at the end of your trip. 

    Your options are:

    1. Drop your battery off to the closest Post Haste/Castle Parcels courier depot and we can have it sent back to us from there. 
    2. Leave your battery at a staffed accommodation facility, such as a hotel concierge or motel reception
    3. Leave your battery at a willing bike shop.

    We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day. Free shipping NZ-wide on orders over $150.

    Click & Collect

    You can pick up 9am–6pm weekdays and 10am–4pm Saturdays. Most orders are ready within the hour.

    3. Leave your battery at a willing bike shop. You can enquire to local bike shops to check that they're happy with this arrangement or contact us for a recommendation

    We will need to know the address you're going to use before we ship the battery out, so that we can have the battery shipping label and dangerous goods paperwork prepared in advance and included with the battery that we ship out. This will make it much easier to arrange its return.
