    This is a plastic mount that wraps around the wide diameter fork legs as seen on Riese and Muller and other high end electric bicycles. This mount is then fastened by a nut and captive bolt system to allow a mudguard strut to be connected to the fork, despite a lack of mounting points on the fork.
