The light mounts to the rear of the helmet via a velcro strap system and is compatible with an impressive percentage of helmets out there. We have also found the velcro strap system is happy to go around the back of child seats on the back of your bike. 

For most Lazer helmets, the light fits straight in without even having to use the intermediary velcro strap. 

The charging plug is magnetic and a pleasure to use as well.
