About this product
The eZee Sprint or eZee Bolt aka Urban Legend, is available for subscription on a monthly basis for all your city transport needs, including commuting and recreational riding (but not for putting on the back of a car rack and taking to the Timber Trail etc). The minimum term is only 1 month with no obligation to continue. The Sprint/Bolt is recommended for use on sealed surfaces only.

Step 1 - Book a test ride - Test ride the bike to make sure it works for you and decide what accessories you'd like with it. You can skip this step if you've already ridden one and know what you want
Step 2 - Start your subscription! Add this item to cart and buy it. Let us know your preferred pick up day in the cart notes or by email. In general we will need at least one night's notice (note our opening hours).
The Sprint comes with a wheel lock but also needs to be locked up with a high security second lock to be eligible for insurance cover (available for hire if you don't have one already).
The Works Package - in addition to the Sprint, accessories are also available for hire:
- rear pannier bags
- U-lock
- Helmet
Terms:
- User (customer) is responsible for pick up and drop off at our store at 29 East Street for initial handover and all maintenance needs (we aren't able to do pick ups and drop offs)
- Automatic monthly payment to be set up at time of pick-up for each month in advance.
- Regular maintenance is included in the cost. For breakdowns, AA members can call AA and have the bike brought to us. Otherwise, customer will have to get the bike to us somehow.
- Insurance: user (customer) is responsible for e-bike if stolen or crashed/damaged and will be liable for repairs, parts and replacement to a maximum of $3000. Alternatively, we can offer insurance to reduce the excess to $500. Bike must be locked up when not in use and not left outside overnight.
- eZee bike subscriptions are restricted to the Auckland area
Buyout:
- Within 1 month of finishing your subscription, you can use the last two month's of your subscription fees (insurance payments excluded) towards a purchase of any e-bike in the store!
- eZee bike subscriptions are only available to those living in the greater Auckland area
